UK Deliveries

UK orders are all shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour (2-4 Working Days) and at a flat fee of £2.95. 

Last date for Christmas delivery is Wednesday 18th December. 

Express delivery is also available through Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour (1-2 Working Days) and at a flat fee of £3.95.

Last date for Christmas delivery is Saturday 21st December. 

International Deliveries

International orders cost a flat rate of £18 and will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For. Please note - your domestic courier may take over the delivery of your order once it has cleared customs at the final destination country. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

USA - Friday 13th December

UAE - Monday 9th December

Europe - Friday 13th December

Australia - Saturday 7th December

Returns

We put customer satisfaction first and if you do wish to return or exchange a product, simply send the unworn, unused item back to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will honour the refund or exchange as long as the item(s) are clean, unworn and with any tags still attached.

We politely request that customers pay the postage fee for a return, and we recommend obtaining proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please include a note with your order ID, name, email and address on.

To return an item, please send it back to: Littledart Fulfilment Limited, Units 4-5, Toll Gate Court, Old Market Field Ind. Estate, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 8FE.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.
